Instructions:

Once in safe mode, Run CCleaner, click on "Options" on the left side, click on 'Advanced', uncheck [bold]Only delete files in Windows Temp folders older than 48 hours[/bold]...Then click on "Cleaner" on the left side. Choose "Run Cleaner" (on the bottom right). This may take a few moments...

After that, run CWShredder...Accept the licence agreement, click on [bold]Fix[/bold] to start the scan...

Once that is done, you can close CWShredder, run AVG AntiSpyware.

Select [bold]Scanner[/bold], then select the [bold]Settings[/bold] tab and click on "Recommended Actions", select [bold]Quarantine[/bold]. Click on the Scan tab and select [bold]Complete System Scan[/bold]... The scanning may take a long time depending how big your hard drive is and how much stuff you have...

After the scan has finished, run Hijack This (Run a system only), and place a checkmark at this entry, if it exists:
