Pocket PC- What and Where to get?

    I am looking for a general use pocket pc, one that I can use WiFi/bluetooth on, listen to my music on, watch videos, read ebooks, etc. Don't really plan on playing games. What would be best to get, and where would be the best place to buy it? My price limit is $70 and I've been looking at Ipaq's.

    Can you find iPaqs that cheap?

    I have a HP iPAQ hx2415 that I'm selling with extras but the same model I've seen on ebay without the extras goes for $150 before shipping.
