Pokemon Diamond not connecting to pbr

    I keep trying to store my pokemon from pd on to pbr but everytime when i connect it shows a blank white screen! Im using a m3 ds real cartridge is it because its not the real game?

    prolly cuz of the m3 real cart. the g6 real connects but alot of the carts wont connect to pbr
