Pop up Help

    Hi there,
    I leave my computer on during the day, internet explorer isn't running just MSN Mess and utorrent. When I come check the computer later on, 5 - 6 popups have appeared....Firstly does anyone no where these come from? Secondly, what is the best software to stop them. I am using NOD32 virus software, google toolbar in IE and my machine has the lastest updates and is behind a firewall.

    Can anyone help???
