When I play audio files (wav) in Nero Vision 4, I get constant crackling and poping sounds. I've sent emails to tech support, but they don't answer back. I've reloaded Nero 7 Ultra twice, but the problem still persists. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know the audio is good. I've played them in Real Player, Windows Media Player, Nero Player, Nero Soundtrax, etc. They are only bad in Nero Vision when I create a Video CD.
I have been in constant contact with Nero Techsupport, there final answer was that I don't have all the right codecs installed on my computer, but they don't tell me what codecs I might need. I'm not happy with their answer. They don't think there is anything wrong with their program. Now, I don't know what to do. If anybody has any ideas, please let me know. Thanks.
