portable apps

    hi ive been seeing many portable apps such as winrar portable,messenger portable,norton antivirus portable and many more how do you use these programs? can you install them on your usb and use on other computer without the other computer having that program? please help im very confused.

    You can install any program onto a USB. But portable version are more resource friendly.
