Possibility to specify the time zone adjustment in account settings?

Hi,

Did a quick search and did not see any topic on the subject, soooo...

Any chance for a option where you could specify the timezone you are in so forum post could correspond to users local time?

Oh, and if this already exist (and im just blind) then I'm sorry of bringing it up (and deserve the tittle of Muppet )

There is the field where you specify the country your in, but that at least does not affect the time stamp adjustment...
