Possible Infection! What to do?

    Does anyone know if this email is genuine?

    This was received by a relative of mine (the original also contained pictures) and he clicked on one of the links!

    Probably not. As soon as you see the word "FREE" it usually can tip you off to the authenticity of a document. Nothings "free."

    If there wasn't an attachment that he executed then I'm sure he's fine. Run Spybot to make sure the link didn't put some spyware or malicious gadgets in his system.
