That would be a function for your Network Security monitor of your Virus Protection.

 

Not that I know of. It would require some client software and an option within the router itself. I'm not aware of any SOHO router which offers this. The lights on a router are really your best way of knowing who's connecting on what port.

Or, in Maintenance Mode, you can see the IP’s logged on to your network.

But, Real-Time Pop-ups on your screen would come from your Network Security (if your network is set up correctly).
