Power DVD DX do not play MPEG2 audio

    I recently bought a new DELL Laptop that comes with Power DVD DV preloaded. When I open a existing MPEG2 file in Windows Media Player can see the picture but no audio. This same MPEG2 file open fine in Windows Media Player with both picture and audio.

    Hoping to get some help here. How to get the Power DVD DX to handle and play the Audio correctly without having to install other codec tools.

    Oop. I meant This same MPEG2 file play both picture and audio in Window Media Player in my other PC with Power DVD V5.7.
