I have PowerProdcuer Gold and I am trying to capture video from my VCR and camcorder. I installed the software and recorded 2hours of video on my harddrive and then found out there was no sound so I deleted all of the video. I then went back and got the sound working but now it won't record. When I click the capture vcr button I hear audio and see the video, but when I click the record button and I hear a click and then it does nothing. Any thoughts? As an aside I tried using Roxio's DVD Builder and again I could see video and hear audio but when I clicked the Capture button to record on the hard drive it told me to quit using any other similar devices of which were no being used. Any thoughts on either problem. Thanks
to redwing-if my memory serves me correctly,powerproducer 2 gold has been upgraded to powerproducer-3.go to gocyberlink.com and upgrade your program before you go any further.upgrades will usually correct knowm problems with the program.
