Premodded Qoob/Viper GCs? (UK)

    Hi, does anyone know where I can buy a premodded QOOB GC? Preferably from the UK? I'm
    only interested in playing all region (JAP/EUR/NTSC) games on one system without the need
    for a freeloader - I have no interest in backups. If Viper can do this, can anyone recommend
    me somewhere I can get this done?

    Or is anyone willing to do this for me, I'm willing to pay.

    P.S. Is it possible to mod a Panasonic Q to play all region games?
