Preview/Edit Batch question

    I have been messing with the new version (1.10.2) and have some questions. I normaally do movie only, but was playing around with the new edit feature and have a question. In order to use this feature, you must use the 3 click mode and run the Preview portion. Once you have made your edits and saved it as a project, do I need to check the "skip PREPARE in Batch" and then save the project?
