    I need to know what I have to do to get a thumbnail picture preview when I move my courser over a jpeg file? I use 98se. I used to get this feature in mgi photo.thanks to everybody

    You mean in windows explorer? Go to tools->folder options. There's a section "web view", select "enable web content in folders". With this you don't get the thumbnail when you move your cursor over the file, but when you select it you can see a thumbnail on the left of the file list.
