I can understand that the 965 is more expensive since it's the extreme version and has more cooling and overclocking ability or whatever, but why is there a 200 price difference between the 920 and 940, if, and correct me if I haven't understood, the 940 is exactly the same as the 920 just factory overclocked... I'm new to overclocking so I'm not really sure, could someone clarify this for me? Is there something more to justify that big gap in price?
The multiplier is higher on the 940 so it will be able to overclock higher. it is also better binned. i don't think that it is worth it so i would get the 920.
