primo

    I have a copy a Prassi Primo and a Pioneer A04 but when I come to open primo I get a message "No compatible recorder drives have been found on this computer". I have reinstalled several times but still no luck. Am I missing something?

    Hi, I have got the same burner, this is what you need to do to get it to work with primo dvd:-

    1. You need to install px engine, this will then detect your dvd burner in primo dvd, you can d/l it from the following link:-

    ftp://eval.veritas.com/downloads/pro/exe/PxEngineUpdate342.exe

    2. After you have installed it, reboot, then open primo dvd and you will find that it works.
