PrimoPrassi support SONY DVD RW DRU-500A???

    When I start up the PrimoPrassi 2.0, it says that it cannot find a compatible recorder drive. Anyone know how I can get it to recognize my DRU-500A??

    I got tired of waiting, so I decided to go with Nero. I am not all too shocked to find that Nero cannot identify my burner as well. If someone has the same burner but can get their programs to recognize it, plz tell me what it is, or where I can get the patch.

    I get the same error with Primo 2.0, however Nero Burning Rom works fine

    goto Nero's website and do some research.
    your dvd recorder will not work with older versions of nero you need a newer one.
