I try to play Prince of Persia Forgotten Sands (PPFG) but nothing works???

Do i got to put the good "ios" as same as SMG2???

    Thank you for your help.

Most likely. Install IOS53-64-v5149 using WAD Manager or update off the disc in the disc channel. I recommend the first option.

You would need an original game to update from the disc channel, but I suspect that since installing the IOS didn't work, updating won't work either. It is probably an issue with your USB Loader Configurations. Try changing some things. I can really offer any other advice since I don't use USB.

I have my SD card formatted to Fat and cnf usb loader is in my apps folder on the SD card . I play my game off my external hard drive which is formatted to WBFS . I use WBFS Manager to load my games from my Windows PC .

I am using ios249 with cios38 rev12 patch to ios249 . Dont change the ios in cnf usb loader use default ios249 . If that doesn't work the only thing I could think of is a bad ISO image . If cnf usb loader doesnt run the game with ios249 try downloading a new ISO image of the game from a different source than the one you originally used .

I try to use the ios 249 and got a nasty error,
Error: cios249rev18, cios222v4, cios223v4, cios224v5 or higher required for starting games from a FAT partition!
Upgrade Ios249 or choose a different ios.

I found infos of PoPFS that works in my case:

I've change CFG USB loader to the v57b5-222 version with the following options. ( I'm laoding from a FAT partition.)

    -Force NTSC
    -IOS 222-mload
    -Clear Patch- ON

The only small problem is that Clear patchs don't save when i shot off the game.
Every time i start, i got to go to the settings and put it ON everytime.

I can live with that for the moment.

I'm very happy for you this works for you.

I'll try to save the option by pressing 2!!! but in my case it does not save.

As i said, i can live with that.

This is what i did and perhaps it can help. I updated to 4.2 using nitendo's updater and afterwards i used Larry's 4.2 guide with cfg usb loader, except that i updated everything while using the guide with network files (NUS) instead of wad files. using his guide and files it works well and gives me option of pressing 2 to save changes made or maybe i just got lucky too. bye
