Printer error 1681

    All of a sudden after replacing my small black cartrdige I am getting an error message 1681, "more the one tank of the following color is installed" the small black,changed cartrige several times, even took a cartidge that was working and did not work, Tried the internet and could not get any soloutions for error code 1681. T.I.A. Oh the printer is a Canon MG6320

    You could have either a flawed cartridge or it's installed improperly. Take each cartridge out, examine it carefully, put it back in to see if you can identify the offending cartridge and check to see if there's a protective film of some time still attached. If you know which one is causing the problem then try swapping it out with another to see if that solves the problem.
