I am trying to install a new printer and every time I insert the disc into the cd drive it says that it is corrupted. This cd is brand new and I know the printer works because it was hooked up to another computer and worked with it and it won't work with mine. I have tried putting the cd into the dvd drive and it says that the cd is corrupted or unrecognizable. The cd and dvd drives work with other cd's and dvd's so I know that they work, if anyone is able to help it would be much appreciatted.
