i have a printer/scanner/fax all in one printer , and the printing part works and the fax part works also but my scanner doesn't work . i have a program fine reader 5.0 sprint that lets me use the scanner in diverse languages and scan from my computer. but one day it stopped working for no reason. now when i go and try to use the proggram in tells me that there has been a connection error , i checked the usb , and i checked the installer program , the usb is perfectly fine but i ownly found the pprinter and fax program the scanner program i didn't find it , i was thinking of reinstalling the program , but i don't have the cd , can u plls tell me wat to do , if the program doesn't work can u tell me anyother way to connect it thank u
