I have an HP Deskjet 720C. When we try to printout a file, the page comes out so light it's illegiable. But when we run a test page the ink is perfect. What could wrong?
Im runnning windows xp. No, just printing it normal. Didn't change any settings. But when I print it leaves very faint lines and thats it. But when I run the printer test, it comes out perfect.
try uninstalling than reinstall printer but don't do a test print, print something else & see what happens. how many printers are in the print folder & are you using parallel port or usb cable. try this link to hp http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/...egory&dlc=en&tool=solveCategory&product=58707
Hi again. Right after it printed, it went right back into printing blank pages. Again, the test page comes out perfect. But when I'm trying to print anything else it acts like it's printing but the page comes out blank. Could you help me again? Thanks.
