Printing info on cd inserts?

I buy bulk cd's at Costco that come with a blank CDR inside a slim jewel case that has a blank insert where you would write the names of the tracks, what i would like to know is, is there a way to print the tracks unto that insert instead of myself having to "write" the track info by "hand"? Thanks.
