printing on a cd/dvd disc

Looking for a free printing programme to be able to print on a printable cd/dvd that prints all the way to a small center I have a cannon printer but it only prints to a large center hole 37mm I would like to print all the way to 22mm center ( small hole)
any site would be welcome

 

i dont recommmend putting lables on discs causes more harm than good use a marker pen.

 

sorry I should have said print direct onto printable disc's not a label
