First let me say this is a great player and will play anything. I specifically bought this player a week ago to play my naruto files with divx, but i have been having trouble with the size of the screen. If anyone knows about the show, and i'm sure alot of u do, there are subtitles at the bottom and the screen cuts half of it out. If anyone knows anything about how i can fix this problem pls tell me or if i should get some other player that doesn't have this problem.

    thanx

Are you sure that it's a problem with the player, and not a problem with the subtitles getting clipped during the recording process?

What you need to do it to try playing it in another player ...

If you don't have access to another, go to Best Buy and pretend that you're interested in buying a player .. try playing your disc and see ...
