Problem activating DVD X Copy Platinum 4.0.3.8

    Can someone help me? My password will not work. Its the right one bc it came with the software. I just opened the box 2 days ago but it wont access. Maybe i can use a different password? or Share someone else's if you dont mind? Other than that i dont know how to cut this thing on. Is there a way around activating it??
