problem after erasing lite on

hello all,

my benq 360 dies so bought a new arcade and when opened found a lite on drive sat there.
bought the xecuter bits and bobs ie the probe and the thingy with the com port/usb on.
i started to follow the tut on their web site and when i got to the erase stage i caught the drive with my foot which closed it.
now it wont show in jungle flasher and i cant get it to eject or anything.
this is my first lite on any idea's as im stuffed?
any help appreciated thanks
