I put the code in i received from you guys and it worked to take the restriction off so i put the sim card back in and powerd the phone on and when it turned on there was no service at all. So i decided to power the phone off then back on and when it turned on it sais restricted again. i was wondering if u had any idea what this means and/or how to resolve please let me know.. the phone is 2 months old and this happened one day randomly right after i got done using it.
