Hi adamburg Here's some suggestions: Update the firmware to the latest 1.20. If you have a Medion PC than 1.18 is the latest. http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_firmware.php?download_id=1898 Some - ok media - try 8x speed instead. Better to use would be Verbatim or made in Japan only Sony, Fuji or Maxell. In Nero Vision on the last screen check 'recorder settings'. If 'burn at once' is checked - uncheck it. In Recode - last also - uncheck 'burn at once' if it's checked. If these don't do the trick - then save to your hard drive 1st instead of directly burning. You can then burn w/ burning rom or express. Give those a go & let us know.
