Problem burnin my DVDS

    alright i used dvd shrink to rip the file to my computer. Then i tried burning it in nero and no matter what encoding mode, whether it is high standard long or extended, the file never gets any less space so please help me.

    You can try to compress it a little more. Make your compression settings to manual compression except for the main movie. Now slide all but the main movie as much as possible to the left. After that, change your main movie to manual and compress it so that it will be 4300 - 4350 MB. Try backing it up like that and see if it works. Also, enable Deep Analysis if you want a better quality backup. It will take about 2x the amount of time, but it will do a Variable Bit Rate Compression, which will end up looking better.

    If not, you may need a Nero update or a Firmware update for your drive. Before trying that, you could disable the "Burn with Nero" option and set the output to ISO and burn it with DVD Decrypter.
