First thing, edit out your serial no which starts with 1A20######, click on pen and paper symbol on right side and edit and click save changes also your Nero needs upgrading you are several versions behind.
I have installed Nero as suggested, now the error message rejects three different dvd bland, an HP, a light scribe HP and a generic. Any suggestions?
