Problem Burning Sopranos Season DVD

I recently posted a thread about a problem with the Sopranos DVDS. Im new at this entire burning process, especially since i have been faced with many problems. I tried to burn the dvd by decrpting, however it was too large so i tried using the dvd shrink program. But when i tried to shrink it from the DVD, it said hat there was a write prtection error. I am stuck on what to do, would i have to make a image file or decrpte teh file first using dvd decryptor, then try and shrink it, or is there another way. Also, would i have to make a file, an IFO of a ISO file in teh mode selection in DVD decryptor. This would only be neccessary if i was to go the first way, the problem is that i dont have very much space on my computer to create a iso then shirnk it, then back it up, i am really not sure of the process.
