Two questions: 1 - I convert dvds using cucusoft. I converted a movie and dragged it to itunes. It works fine there, but it will not let me put it on my ipod. It says the movie "cannot be played on this ipod". Why is this? How do I fix it? 2 - Also using cucusoft, I am having problems converting some burnt dvds. Some convert without problem, but others will not open in the cucusoft program. WTF?
I figured out my first problem. As for the second, the dvd is fine. It plays in other programs such as Windows Media Player.
