Have you been able to open zipped (packed) files before?
    Try winzip or power archiver.
If you have some application installed that is able to open and extract packed files open the file with it.
Or use open with... and browse to the program's executable and check the 'always use the selected program to open this kind of file' if you want.
For some reason you have realplayer assosiated with zip -files.

i seem to have had this problem, or i should say i have noticed this since ive tried this process.
i dont understand what your telling me to do, regarding opening and extract packed files. i am not a computer wizard, could you explain in more depth.

what pein is trying to say is download winzip. open the file with winzip. and extract them to a folder anywhere you want. what you downloaded is compressed file, so you need to extract first.

    ...

1)download winzip. if you got the windows xp disc, i think its in there too.

2)double click on winzip and install it.

3)then all you need to do is click on the file you want to open. use the wizard mode. and yes all the way.

4)you'll find all the file you need in drive C: in a folder named unzipped. oh wait, the window will pop up automatically.

    good luck
