I was burning a file with Convertxtodvd, but there was an error during the process. So now, I am trying to erase the disc with Nero 8. I checked before erasing to make sure there was actually something written onto it, and there was. So I decided to do a quick erase in Nero 8 with 4x speed. It gave me an error saying "Erasing failure. Device not available." But I know my DVD drive is able to read the disc, because it showed how much was written onto it when I clicked Disc Info in Nero. So now, I'm unable to erase my disc. I don't want to try full erase, because last time I did that with another disc, and when I tried to erase it the second time, it said it was "unable to recover TOC." I don't want to mess up this disc as well. Can someone here please help me? Or maybe suggest another program that's good at erasing discs. Thanks in advance.
