Hi, I had Nero in my PC earlier, I have got new CD with Nero 7 Essentials. When I am trying to install the same I am getting the below error.. "This wizard was interrupted before Nero 7 Essentials could be completely installed. Your system has not been modified. To complete the installation at another time, please run the setup again." I have tried installation several times.. but getting same message.
Try running the Nero clean tool first, then try re installation http://www.nero.com/eng/downloads-cleantools.html
Thanks... and I have tried to clean and reinstalation.. but same message once again.. can you please help in installing the software.
is nero uninstalled at present? if so go to registry delete all instances of nero type --> regedit <-- in the run command box / start menu then press F3 to scan to next in line to delete and so on all the way to the bottom and delete WHOLE folders too
