Problem Installing Device

    When I plug in my Razr v3 to use on motorola phone tools it says there was a problem during installation. Help

    I have the same problem and I have all the softwear and drivers. i had it working onece but uninstalled it. I reinstalled the software and when I connect the phone I get a fatal error could not install device.
