problem instlling warcraft 3.........got some message

hi
i have warcraft copied from a friend and also downloaded. both wont work and stop in the same place of the installation. one is a cd the other one is an .exe file i think that put into clonecd drive so it can work.
here is what i get:

i really dont know what that means, and the cd my friend gave me worked before but i uninstalled. now it doesnt, and stops same place as the downloaded one
if anyone can help plss
