    Hi there,

You usually see this when your burner doesn't like that brand of media.

Are you using the IDE controller on your motherboard or you have an extra IDE controller in your PC ?

It doesn't seem to have found the ATAPI.SYS driver.

    Running Windows XP ?

Firmware v1.07 seems to be the latest firmware for your drive, which you already have.

Found this in an other message:
Are you using nVidia Drivers ?

I also read a message from a Nero Official Tech that nVidia drivers will conflict with Nero.

    I should still be a newbie......not a junior.....:)

Same media as always..........in fact, everything the same.

Started from the beginning and put in a new disk (same batch) and everything went OK. I will try this "bad" disk in the next copy.

    Thanks.

    H
