Problem logging into the PSN.

    how come the only time i can log into the PSN is between 10pm and 11pm EST. if i try any other time i cannot log in. also when i do log in i get booted within 15 minutes. im kinda gettin agrivated because i cannot figure out the problem. please help, thank you in advance
