The error message tells you that your credit card did not verify correctly. Make sure you check that you transposed all numbers correctly. I got the same message as first when I tried to purchase it. I found out I was typing in the wrong year for the expiration of my CC. Just make sure you type in the info correctly from your CC.
I have the same problem when trying to purchase AnyDVD, but i checked all my info and it's correct, probally my card is not good for them... is there another way to get the registry key?... AnyDVD has worked like a charm, but i have less than a week left on my trial period, and i wish to continue using this program for my personal use... could someone help me? please?!
Well, heres a good one, I thought I saved the keys as they suggested and now that I need them I find the folder is empty. I requested the keys but they ask for a key No. which I lost. they say on the their request form that they do not reply to incomplete forms. "boy" I hope I'm not up a creek. Anyone know of a way to extract the key from the programs? Thanks all, Boriken
Your "Keys" will easily fit on a 1.44 meg floppy disc. I Highly recommend that they be backed up in case you ever re-format your Hard Drive. Use one each floppy Disc for AnyDVD & CloneDVD 2. This is easy & recommended. You'll need to contact SlySoft about your issue. They are the only ones that can help you in this matter. When I purchased the 2 Excellent Programs, I backed my "keys" up to discs. You never know when you may need to re-format your Hard Drive. Assuming you did "purchase" the program/programs from SlySoft, they "should" be able to help you out. They are very nice people.
Thanks for the reply, I did contact them and they did issue the keys again but along with the keys I recieved a 2nd billing notice which I have to look into. Boriken
I'm pretty sure that back when I bought my keys it stated somewhere on that page that Slysoft will not replace any lost keys. You might be S.O.L. But still, if worse comes to worse, isn't it worth paying again to get the keys?? I mean these programs really do pay for themselves quickly. Sorry about the bad luck, just remember to save this time.
Pretty sure that I saw this as well when I registered mine. One of lifes many hard knocks to be learned.
