Problem Resolved

Folks,

I have been burning DVD's for the last month, and now It says I have an Illegal Disc error in Nero, and HP Record Now.

You have only supplied some of the Nero log, to examine it fully the whole log is required.

Not a big deal but I would recommend you edit your serial number before someone pirates it.

Your Nero is a few versions behind, I would update to 7.0.8.2 from here
http://www.nero.com/nero7/enu/nero7-up.php

You are using up a lot of memory, dont multitask while burning, turn off all unnecesary programs including spyware.

I cant find anything on your burner so I assume your firmware is current.

A little slow, would try 4X
