problem ripping a dvd

    ok
    tried ripping a 1 layer dvd in dvd decrypter but 71% in it fails to read and after 20 retries says cant find some data.
    tried the same dvd in smartripper and it fails at the same point (end of vob 3).
    the disk looks undamaged and plays fine.
    any ideas?

    hmm, the same defaults i always used...must have ripped over a 100 dvd in the past, but never had this trouble before

    Does the dvd play fine in a standalone player without any problems during playback?
