Problem seeing full game?

    I have a moddded xbox with xenium ice chip. dashboard 393, m8 bios Im ftping thru a router I can see all the folders but when I go to the D drive to copy the game over to my computer HD All I see is the VIDEO_TS folder and its about 11 megs. So I have no idea how to fix this I have tried different ftp programs but their all work the same.
    Any help would greatly be appreciated with this problem.

    PS to use dvd2xbox do I just ftp the folder over to m y E/apps Folder?

    A video_ts folder is a folder on dvds, so i dont know. For dvd2xbox ya just ftp the dvd2xbox folder containing the files and folders to E, Apps or F, Apps.
