ok so it set up right and you have signal at the cable behind your box unless u have the proper equipment it is very hard to set up
you said it points directly at the mast is the downconverter set up right ie. vertically or horizontly sorry if i sound like im moanong i am just trying to get an idea on how its setup. persuming its set up correctly how far are you getting, any stations ,all scrambled or nothing at all

two things ya can do one is check your box to see if works on some one else system that will check the box
the one is play around with the aerial because i set my one up my self and if i was off by 1 degree i would pick up nothing they can be very particular other things to check is the power supply check that it works and also note that it is aerial in one side tv out the other
i know it sounds stupid but if you can narrow it down one thing at a time
    1 check box
2 check cable connections and screen/shield
3 check power supply for power and polarity
4 check downconvertor because there are different frequencies
5 just check codes in case your flash was bad(fixya.com or i seen them on twitter)
    good luck

    hi,

the box works fine for glenview
i flashed the box for him in my house
changed mine to his and it works fine

the trouble is that i think that there
    are 2 .bin files
    1 for tralee/castleisland
    and 1 for listowel/ballybunnion

if anyone is using the listowel/ballybunnion .bin files
can they leave some info for this man
as he is having trouble for ages

    he lives closer to ballybunnion

as i said the box works fine in my house
