problem setting up "The Box"

    I was using my box when living in Dublin on NTL and it was fine.I just moved to Kildare which is chorus and the box doesnt seem to work at all.I restored factory settings,autoscanned and it didnt work and NTL still comes up.Do i need a certain code/set of instructions or frequency to set it up on Chorus? Or can the box only work on NTL? Any help well appreciated

    Make sure your symbol rate is set to 6875 for ch***s. Then do an auto scan. Also, are you sure you`re on cable & not mmds?

    Yea its definately cable...just checking the symbol rate is 6875 and trying an autoscan like you said. i'll let you know what happens

    Sorry for the delayed reply.That did'nt work for me.Basically when i do an autoscan on Chorus all the channels come in,then when i hit store it wont and im left with the terrestrial channels again.Then i checked nagra and it said NTL.It seems to change from Chorus back to NTL again every time i try autoscan and store on Chorus.Any ideas?
