    Hey guys.

I have this huge .MPG video file which doesn't fit on a regular CD. I'm trying to split it in half, but it won't let me. I already downloaded and tried several programs, like TMPGENC, DVtool and Chopper. They cut the first part alrite (Which means it plays smoothly), but the second part, the second video file, will either create an error or simply play in black with no sound.

I can't really seem to make it work.

Any ideas on why this happens?

Thank you guys, and if this isn't the forum, please tell me, I do not know much about Digital Video.

    Thanks.

i use Easy Video Splitter -- works for me. you can play around with the clip via preview and make whatever cuts you want, wherever. try that.
