I've been using Vision Express 3 to transcode and burn to dvd my .wmv files made in Photo Story 3. I make them as 1024x768 NTSC files, then put them through VE which transcodes the streams to PAL high quality video (I am in Europe) and the result is excellent, a much better picture than e.g. Sonic's "My DVD" one-step plug-in for PS 3. [bold]BUT...[/bold] every third or fourth time, the video stream does not transcode properly. The images (I work with stills with simulated pans and zooms) race through untimed and soundless and are followed by the sound (without picture!) If I try to put more than 2 short Photo Stories on to 1 dvd, then one of them will ALWAYS fail. (Yes, I am careful to close down all applications, go offline, disable startups, and leave my pc (3 Ghz,1 GB ram plus 4 GB virtual memory) undisturbed to get on with its job.) What version of Nero Burning ROM and Vision Express are you using (i.e. Nero-6.6.0.18 and NVE-3.1.0.21)?
