I'm having problems burning Taiyo Yuden DVD+R (Media ID: YUDEN000 T02 (000)/ inner hub code: TG001162). My burner is a Pioneer DVR-107D. It burns DVD-R flawlessly. I hardly use DVD+R media, but I got a 50 pack of Sony 8x (Taiyo Yuden). I have burned 6 DVD+Rs with no problems, but now I can't burn the same media anymore. First I was using Nero 6.3.0.0. It burned the disc successfully, but when I tried to read it, there were no files. I had 3 coasters. Then I updated Nero to the 7.2.7.0 version. At the end of the burning process, I get an error message: Unable to recover TOC. More 2 coasters. Does anyone know what's happening? Is it a burner or media problem?

Hi there, You seem to have very old firmware. Maybe it doesn't like those new media. http://www.pioneer.eu/eur/download.jsp?dir=/files/support/dvrup&filename=R107D_FW122.EXE This might help recognise those media better ! My 2 cents...
