Hi, Have transferred some films from my Starview PVR 'The Box' onto my Sony DVD recorder on which they playback fine, but if I try and watch them on my PC or different DVD player in another room they are not recognised. Any ideas please? They are being finalised (as far as I can tell) by the Sony recorder. Did try to check if I could finalise the DVD after the recording, but it gets halfway the process and tells me it cannot complete the task. Thanks Steve
They have to be finalized on the recorder. In my Panasonic recorder, I must explicitly finalize the disk (it's not done automatically). When it has finished finalizing it gives me a message stating the case. Is the operation of the Sony similar?
